2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information provided.
Final pricing may change based on volume, weight, accessibility, or material type.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

You have legal authority to dispose of the materials.
Items for removal do not contain hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials unless disclosed in advance.
Access to the removal site is safe and unobstructed.

You are responsible for identifying items not intended for removal.

4. Prohibited Materials

We do not accept:

Hazardous waste
Biohazard materials
Chemicals
Explosives
Any material illegal under Alberta or federal law

Undisclosed hazardous materials may result in service refusal and additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Crux Services is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.

Customers must report concerns before our crew leaves the site.

6. Property Damage

While we exercise reasonable care, minor incidental damage may occur during removal operations.

Crux Services is not responsible for:

Damage due to structural weakness
Hidden defects
Improper storage
Items packed inside junk materials

7. Website Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crux Services from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

Materials you request us to remove
Breach of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
